I am an aviation and photography enthusiast who loves exploring the beauty of the wilderness from the air. I have a passion for capturing unique landscapes and geology of the western part of the United States, using traditional film methods and developing and printing in the darkroom. I believe that a good photo requires time, patience, and a deep understanding of the technology used. I am drawn to the challenge of flying in the barren desert, where the smallest change can affect everything from the flight plan to the weather. I find inspiration in the words of Saint-Exupéry, who reminds us that the desert may seem barren at first glance, but it holds a deeper beauty for those who take the time to explore it.
